Terms and Conditions for Treatment Vouchers:

By purchasing and using the treatment vouchers, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. True Harmony Malaysia reserves the right to enforce these terms and conditions to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

 To redeem your treatment voucher:

• Upon payment confirmation, we'll contact you to confirm your redemption location and schedule your appointment. Please allow 2-3 working days for this process. Alternatively, you may contact customer services at 016-723 7668 for assistance. 
• Present your order confirmation email upon redemption.
• Registration with NRIC is required for verification purposes.

• All treatment vouchers are strictly for NEW True Harmony customers aged 18 years and above. 
• The voucher is limited to one-time redemption per customer only. 
• Voucher is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. 
• Redemption period is available on Mon – Fri: 10.30am - 8.30pm / Sat & Sun: 10.30am - 6pm (Not Including Public Holidays). 
• True Harmony Malaysia reserves the right to change, modify, or amend the conditions herein at any time without notice. 

All vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, products, or other promotional services or packages. 

True Harmony Malaysia reserves the right to change, modify, or amend the promotions entitled for any existing customer who purchased the voucher(s). 

True Harmony Malaysia is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the purchase or use of the vouchers, including errors or inaccuracies in voucher descriptions or availability. 

We reserve the right to update or modify this Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will become effective immediately upon posting.
